Dear valued clients Amid the rapidly changing covid-19 Coronavirus situation I wanted to reassure you all of the actions we are taking at Ambience. We are following the NHS, government and WHO guidelines and have introduced and implemented extra hygiene procedures to keep both staff and clients safe.
We are doing everything we can to stay safe and open for you. Please help us by not attending your appointment if you are unwell or any person you have been in contact with is, make sure you catch any coughs or sneezes in a tissue and dispose of immediately, wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds (choose your song to time it to!) we have alcohol hand sanitiser in the reception area, please use it when you arrive or wash your hands in our toilet, we have paper towels to avoid using towels too.
Our staff have been educated and updated regularly, we are now even more stringent than usual on hygiene between clients and areas of contact. We have disposable gloves and face masks if you are more comfortable if your therapist wears these during your treatment.
We have temporarily removed our testers, magazines, water jug and large quantities of stock to minimise contact, please ask if you would try anything still or would like a glass of water.
We have been assured by our stockists that they have plans in place and the stock is getting through to us, if you cannot come to the salon, we could arrange home delivery of products for you and leave them in a safe place if required.
