What treatments are best for reducing wrinkles and fine lines?

We have many wonderful treatments for reducing lines and smile lines! We oﬀer a skin analysis using a state-of-the-art scanner to examine your complexion - this will give us a good idea of what treatments would be best for your skin type.

Can I buy the products that are used in the treatments?

We oﬀer a wide range of beauty and wellbeing treatments to ensure you leave us refreshed and revitalised. As there are specialist treatments restricted to senior therapists only, we recommend you book your appointments in advance, especially at our peak times, to avoid disappointment.

Online booking: For your convenience, treatments can now be booked online by clicking here.

New customer online form: Prior to your first visit to the salon, please register and complete necessary medical information via this link.

Payment options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron and American Express however, please note there is a minimum spend of £10 if paying with a card, or a charge applies.

Consultations: We oﬀer complimentary consultations for any treatment with no obligation. When booking your first treatment essential advice may be necessary to ensure an eﬀective result.

Free parking: There is parking outside available (2hrs only) and surrounding roads unlimited - please check as each road varies.

Appointment reminders: Text appointment reminders are sent automatically. To opt out of this please let us know.

Cancellation: If it is necessary to cancel your appointment please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise a charge will be levied. If you are on a course of treatment and fail to show you will lose that particular treatment in the course.

Deposit: deposits may be required for any treatments over 1hr in duration and a value over £40 or any special events attending in the salon. Any deposit will be fully refunded provided there is at least 48hrs notice of cancellations. If you are on a course of treatment and fail to show you will lose that particular treatment in the course.

Course of treatments: If booking a course of treatments we highly recommended that the total course is booked to ensure continuity and eﬀective results. Please note that any treatment times quoted include time for changing and re-booking appointments.

Ambience gift card: Do you know someone who deserves to be pampered? The ambience gift card makes a thoughtful present. Valid for 12 months and available for any treatment or amount, the voucher must be presented for the treatment booked. Gift cards can be purchased in the salon or from the Ambience online shop.

Loyalty card and student discount: Please ask your therapist about our loyalty card reward system. We are happy to oﬀer a 10% student discount with a valid student ID.
